Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a gear belt.
Camshaft pulley
2. Screw in tightening a bolt of a pulley of a camshaft in a head of the block of cylinders and unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley.
3. Unscrew tightening a bolt and remove a pulley from the camshaft end.
Pulley of the fuel pump
4. Using the special tool, fix a pulley of the fuel pump from проворачивания.
5. Unscrew tightening a bolt of fixing of a pulley and unscrew a nut of fastening of a pulley of the fuel pump.
6. Remove a pulley from a shaft of the fuel pump.
7. After removal of a pulley from a shaft of the fuel pump remove segment шпонку.
The prevention

The pulley of the fuel pump is established on a cone, therefore for its removal it is necessary to use a stripper.

Pulley of a cranked shaft
8. Loosen the a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft. For prevention of rotation of a cranked shaft the assistant should include any transfer and press a brake.
9. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft.
10. Remove a pulley.
11. Remove фланцевую a lining from a cranked shaft.
Pulley of the oil pump
12. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley of the oil pump, thus keep a pulley from проворачивания, having inserted through an aperture of a pulley a steel core.
13. Remove a pulley from a shaft of the oil pump.
The tension mechanism
14. Unscrew bolts and remove the mechanism of a tension from the engine.
Single pulley
15. Unscrew bolts and remove a single pulley from the engine.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Camshaft pulley
1. Check up that the adjusting pin of a pulley of a camshaft is in a camshaft end face.
2. Establish a camshaft pulley, having combined an aperture in a pulley with an adjusting pin.
3. Establish tightening a bolt of a pulley of a camshaft then screw in bolts of fastening of a pulley, having tightened their demanded moment.
4. Establish a gear belt.
Pulley of the fuel pump
5. Establish segment шпонку in a groove of a shaft of the fuel pump and establish a pulley, having combined a groove on a pulley with segment шпонкой.
6. Fix a pulley a nut, having tightened its demanded moment, thus keep a pulley from проворачивания the special tool.
7. Turn a pulley of the fuel pump in such position that adjusting apertures were combined and fix a tightening bolt.
8. Establish a gear belt.
Pulley of a cranked shaft
9. Establish фланцевую a lining on a cranked shaft, and the convex surface фланцевой linings should be on the other hand from the oil pump.
10. Check up that segment шпонка it is established in cranked to a shaft and establish a pulley of a cranked shaft so that the groove on a pulley was combined with шпонкой.
11. Fix a pulley of a cranked shaft a bolt, thus keep a cranked shaft of the engine from проворачивания.
12. Establish a gear belt.
Pulley of the oil pump
13. Establish a pulley on a shaft of the oil pump and fix a nut, having tightened its demanded moment.
14. Establish a gear belt.
The tension mechanism
15. Establish the tension mechanism on the engine and fix bolts.
16. Establish a gear belt.
Single pulley
17. Establish a single pulley and fix a bolt.
18. Establish a gear belt.
