Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
|
| 1. Remove a gear belt. |
| 2. Remove pulleys of the oil pump and a cranked shaft. |
| 3. Remove the mainframe of the oil pallet. |
| 4. Unscrew bolts and uncover the oil pump the end of a cranked shaft. |
| 5. Using a marker, note mutual position of an internal and external rotor of the oil pump. |
|
6. Remove an internal rotor of the oil pump. |
|
7. Remove an external rotor of the oil pump. |
|
8. If it is necessary, unscrew a bolt of a safety valve of pressure, remove a sealing ring. |

Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
|
| 1. Clear details of the oil pump and check up them on deterioration presence. |
|
2. Using an edge probeа, check up a backlash between teeths of a rotor of the pump. |
|
3. Using an edge probeа, check up a backlash between an external rotor and the case of the oil pump. |
|
4. Check up, that the safety valve piston easily and freely moved under the influence of a spring. |
|
Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
|
| 1. Establish a new sealing ring on a safety valve of pressure and screw up the valve in the block of cylinders, having tightened its demanded moment. |
| 2. Grease a pump rotor with pure engine oil and establish in the pump case according to earlier made label. |
| 3. Replace sealing rings of the oil pump and a cranked shaft. |
| 4. Check up that interfaced surfaces of the case of the oil pump and a pump cover, pure and dry. |
|
5. Apply a thin film hermetic on an interfaced surface of a cover of the oil pump and, being careful, establish a cover of the oil pump (A and In – places of drawing of hermetic). |
| 6. On a carving of bolts of fastening of a cover of the pump put hermetic and screw up screws, having tightened their demanded moment. |
| 7. Establish pulleys of the oil pump and a cranked shaft. Establish the oil pallet. |
| 8. Fill in in the engine pure engine oil. |
|
Replacement of a sealing ring of the oil pump
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
|
| 1. Remove a pulley of the oil pump. |
| 2. Drill in a sealing ring two small apertures, located in the opposite ends of a sealing ring. Screw in two self-cutting screws in the drilled apertures of a sealing ring and, using flat-nose pliers, extend for heads of screws a sealing ring. |
| 3. Clear a nest of a sealing ring. |
| 4. Grease with pure engine oil working edges of a new sealing ring and, using tubular оправку, establish a sealing ring into place. |
| 5. Establish a pulley of the oil pump. |
