Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a transmission and coupling.

2. Fix a flywheel from проворачивания, having established a clamp on a gear wreath of a flywheel.

3. Put on a cranked shaft and a flywheel a combination label.

4. Unscrew bolts and remove a flywheel.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Check up a flywheel on deterioration from outside couplings and a condition of teeths of a gear wreath of a flywheel.

Installation
The prevention
At flywheel installation it is necessary to use new bolts.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear interfaced surfaces of a flywheel and a cranked shaft.

2. Put the means interfering unscrewing of bolts on a carving of bolts of fastening of a cranked shaft.

3. Establish a flywheel according to earlier put label and fix bolts, having tightened their demanded moment.

4. Remove a clamp of blocking of a flywheel and establish a transmission.
