Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Loosen the collars also disconnect a ventilation hose картера the engine c a back part of a cover of a head.

2. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a cover of a head and remove together with washers. Uncover heads of the block of cylinders. Remove semicircular rubber заглушку from the left forward party of a head of the block of cylinders.

3. Check up a condition of a lining of a head and semicircular заглушки.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check up that interfaced surfaces of a cover of a head and a head of the block of cylinders, pure and dry. Establish a lining in a flute of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.

2. Apply a thin film hermetic in a nest for installation semicircular заглушки and establish заглушку.

3. Establish a head cover on a head of the block of cylinders, establish linings under bolts and fix a cover bolts, having tightened their demanded moment.

4. Connect a ventilation hose картера and fix its collar.
