It is the most convenient to make works on the engine if it is established on a special bed.
Before repair of the engine it is necessary to remove from it:
– Inlet and final collectors;
– An arm of the compressor of the conditioner of air, the pump of strengthening of a steering and the generator;
– The pump of system of cooling;
– Elements of fuel system;
– A plait of wires and all electric switches, and gauges;
– The oil filter;
– A flywheel.
If it is necessary to make only repair of the block of cylinders, a cranked shaft, pistons and rods, it is necessary to remove a head of the block of cylinders, the oil pallet, the oil pump and a gear belt of a drive or a chain.
In need of carrying out of full major repairs it is necessary to remove from the engine:
– Inlet and final collectors;
– A gear belt of a drive, pulleys and the tension mechanism (except the diesel engine 2,0);
– A head of the block of cylinders;
– A flywheel;
– The oil pallet;
– The oil pump;
– Chains and asterisks (the diesel engine 2,0);
– Pistons with rods;
– A cranked shaft. |
