6. Check up combination of the bottom head of a rod with a neck of a cranked shaft. If necessary tighten the piston a rod and establish the bottom head of a rod with the loose leaf on a neck of a cranked shaft. The ledge on the basis of a cover of the bearing of a rod should be directed towards a flywheel. |

Screw up bolts of fastening of a cover of a rod the demanded moment (at the left – a tightening of bolts of fastening of covers of bearings of the bottom head of a rod the demanded moment, on the right – a tightening of bolts of fastening of the bottom cover of a rod, доворачивая on a certain corner). |
| 8. On engines of 1,8 l and 2,0 establish the main cover of bearings and in diagonal sequence from the centre to edge tighten fastening bolts. |

10. Take from the basis of a rod bolts and establish new bolts in a rod. |

13. Check up combination of the bottom head of a rod with a neck of a cranked shaft and, if necessary, tighten the piston a rod and establish the bottom head of a rod with the loose leaf on a neck of a cranked shaft. |

14. Establish a cover of the bottom head of a rod and screw up nuts the demanded moment / доворачиванием on a certain corner. |
| 15. Similarly establish other three pistons with rods. |
| 16. Turn a cranked shaft and check up that it rotates freely and without jammings. Establish a partition in the bottom part of the block of cylinders and fix bolts, having tightened their demanded moment. |
| 17. Establish a pipe маслоприемника, the oil pallet and a head of the block of cylinders. |

18. Insert the piston with оправкой, compressing rings into the top part of the first cylinder. Thus the arrow on a piston head should be directed to a chain of a drive of the mechanism timing. Using wooden брусок or the hammer handle, press on the piston and press it into the cylinder. |

Check up combination of the bottom head of a rod with a neck of a cranked shaft and, if necessary, tighten the piston a rod and establish the bottom head of a rod with the loose leaf on a neck of a cranked shaft. Establish a cover of the bottom head of a rod with the loose leaf. Thus the ledge on a rod cover should be directed to a flywheel. |

| 21. Similarly establish other three piston and a rod. |
| 22. Turn a cranked shaft and check up that it rotates easily and without jammings. |
