3.5.18. Installation of a cranked shaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Petrol engines of 1,7 l 1. Take a cranked shaft from the block of cylinders. Clear a back part of the loose leaf and a place of its installation in the block of cylinders and covers of radical bearings. Establish loose leaves on the places (on all engines, except the diesel engine of 1,7 l the central main bearings (have persistent half rings ()). 2. Grease a working surface of the loose leaf with pure engine oil and establish a cranked shaft in the block of cylinders of the engine. 3. Measure axial люфт a cranked shaft. 4. Grease the bottom loose leaves in covers of radical bearings with pure engine oil and check up that ledges on loose leaves are in cover grooves. Establish covers of radical bearings with the first on the fourth and screw them, without tightening. 5. Check up that a back cover of the bearing pure and dry then in grooves from each party of a cover put a layer of hermetic and establish a cover on the block of cylinders of the engine. 6. Grease bolts of fastening of covers of bearings of a cranked shaft with pure engine oil, insert them into covers and tighten by hand. 7. Gradually and in diagonal sequence from the centre to edge tighten bolts of fastening of covers of bearings in stages (at the left – the demanded moment, on the right – доворачиванием on a demanded corner). 8. After a tightening of bolts of fastening of covers of radical bearings press hermetic into a groove of a back cover of a cranked shaft. Wipe surplus of hermetic. 9. Check up that the cranked shaft rotates smoothly and without jammings. 10. Establish pistons with rods. 11. Establish a new left oil sealing ring of a cranked shaft, a flywheel, the oil pump, a head of the block of cylinders, pulleys of a gear belt and a gear belt. Petrol engines of 1,8 and 2,0 l 12. Establish a cranked shaft (point 1 see). 13. Check up that covers of bearings and the main block of bearings pure and dry then establish the main block on the block of cylinders. Screw up bolts of fastening of the main block in diagonal sequence from the centre to edge the demanded moment. 14. Establish a partition in the basis of the block of cylinders and fix bolts, having tightened their demanded moment. 15. Establish new the left oil sealing ring of a cranked shaft, a flywheel, the oil pump, a head of the block of cylinders, pulleys of a gear belt and a gear belt. The diesel engine of 1,7 l 16. Take a cranked shaft from the block of cylinders of the engine. 17. Clear a back part of the loose leaf and a place of its installation in the block of cylinders and covers of radical bearings. 18. Establish loose leaves on the places, thus a ledge on the loose leaf it should be combined with a groove on a cover. 19. Using a lubricant small amount, fix persistent rings on a cover of the second bearing and check up that lubricant flutes in each half ring are directed to a cranked shaft. 20. Grease the top loose leaves of bearings of a cranked shaft with pure engine oil and establish a cranked shaft. 21. Measure axial люфт a cranked shaft. 22. Check up that the bottom loose leaves are correctly established in covers of bearings and establish covers on the block of cylinders. Arrows on covers of bearings should be directed to a gear belt of a drive. 23. Grease with engine oil bolts of fastening of covers and in diagonal sequence from the centre to edge in regular intervals and gradually tighten bolts the demanded moment. 24. Check up that the cranked shaft rotates easily and in regular intervals. 25. Check up that interfaced surfaces of a back cover of a cranked shaft and the block of cylinders pure and dry. Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, take a sealing ring from a cover. 26. Apply a thin film hermetic on an interfaced surface of a back cover of a cranked shaft and establish a cover on the engine. 27. Establish pistons and rods. Establish a new back sealing ring of a cranked shaft, then establish a flywheel, a casing of the oil pump, a head of the block of cylinders, a pulley of a gear belt and a new gear belt. The diesel engine of 2,0 l 28. Take a cranked shaft from the block of cylinders. 29. Clear a back part of the loose leaf and a place of its installation in the block of cylinders and covers of radical bearings. Establish loose leaves on the places. 30. Grease a working surface of the loose leaf with pure engine oil and establish a cranked shaft in the block of cylinders of the engine. 31. Measure axial люфт a cranked shaft. 32. Grease the bottom loose leaves in covers of radical bearings with pure engine oil and check up that ledges on loose leaves are in cover grooves. Establish covers of radical bearings with the first on the fourth and screw them, without tightening. 33. Check up that a back cover of the bearing pure and dry then in grooves from each party of a cover put a layer of hermetic and establish a cover on the block of cylinders of the engine. 34. Grease bolts of fastening of covers of bearings of a cranked shaft with pure engine oil, insert them into covers and tighten by hand. 35. Gradually and in diagonal sequence from the centre to edge tighten bolts of fastening of covers of bearings in stages. 36. After a tightening of bolts of fastening of covers of radical bearings press hermetic into a groove of a back cover of a cranked shaft (filling of a groove with hermetic is necessary for making while hermetic will not appear from an aperture shown by an arrow). Wipe surplus of hermetic. 37. Check up that covers of bearings and the main block of bearings pure and dry. Establish the main block on the engine, thus the tube on the main block should be directed to a chain of a drive of the mechanism timing Then establish bolts and in diagonal sequence from the centre to edge tighten bolts the demanded moment. 38. Establish a new left oil sealing ring of a cranked shaft, then establish a flywheel, chains, asterisks and a head of the block of cylinders.
