5.2.3. The air filter and air inlet channels

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Engines of 1,7 l 1. Loosen the collars also remove the inlet channel from the case of the air filter. 2. Unscrew nuts, fastening the case of the air filter, disconnect the case from an air inlet and take it from a motor compartment. Engines of 2,0 l 3. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator and disconnect electric sockets from a measuring instrument of a stream of air and the gauge of temperature of arriving air (it is specified by an arrow). 4. Disconnect a ventilation hose картера from the inlet channel, ослабьте collars and remove the air channel together with a measuring instrument of a stream of air. 5. Uncover the air filter and take filtering element, marking its arrangement. Unscrew nuts and remove the case of the air filter. 6. On engines of a turbo of low pressure to remove tubes of giving of air, connecting турбонагнетатель and an inlet collector, unscrew screws and remove a plastic casing from the top part of the engine. Loosen the a collar of fastening of a pipe of giving of air to a collector. 7. Unscrew bolts (are specified by arrows), fastening a pipe of giving of air to a head cover, then disconnect a pipe of giving of air from турбонагнетателя. Remove a pipe of giving of air (a photo on the right). 8. Remove a sealing ring (it is specified by an arrow) which is established between a pipe and турбонагнетателем. 9. On engines of a turbo of a high pressure the pipes connecting the heat exchanger and a collector and pipes турбонагнетателя, can be to remove after easing of collars. For removal of a metal pipe ослабьте a clip also remove a pipe with турбонагнетателя. Remove a sealing ring which is established between a pipe and турбонагнетателем.

Installation

Installation is made in sequence, to removal, thus it is necessary to replace with return a sealing ring on турбонагнетателе.
