5.2.11. The fuel pump of a high pressure

Removal and installation

ENGINES OF 1,7 L

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. Remove an inlet collector.
2. Remove a pulley from the fuel pump.
3. Remove the oil filter.
4. Remove a cable of an accelerator from the fuel pump.
5. Press hoses of giving of a cooling liquid, ослабьте collars and remove both hoses from a thermostatic capsule of the fuel pump (it is specified by an arrow).
6. Disconnect fuel hoses from the fuel pump and close their stoppers.
7. Unscrew муфты and remove топливопроводы, connecting the fuel pump with fuel atomizers.
8. Disconnect an electric socket from the management block the electromagnetic valve of a stop of the engine.
9. Using a marker or чертилку, note выступание a forward part of the fuel pump concerning an arm.
10. Unscrew fastening bolts () a back part of the fuel pump to an arm of the block of cylinders. Unscrew fastening nuts () a forward part of the fuel pump and remove the fuel pump.
11. Establish the fuel pump on the engine and, without tightening, screw up nuts and bolts of fastening of the fuel pump.
12. Establish the fuel pump on an arm according to earlier put labels and preliminary tighten nuts and bolts of fastening of the pump.
13. Establish a pulley of the fuel pump and a gear belt.
14. Adjust the moment of injection of the fuel pump.
15. Establish the fuel pipes connecting the fuel pump and fuel atomizers.
16. Connect an electric socket to the management block the electromagnetic valve of a stop of the engine.
17. Connect submitting and returnable fuel hoses to the fuel pump.
18. Connect hoses of giving of a cooling liquid to a thermostatic capsule of the fuel pump.
19. Connect an accelerator torso to the fuel pump.
20. Establish an inlet collector.
21. Establish the oil filter and add engine oil in the engine.
22. Connect the accumulator, start the engine and check up tightness of fuel system.
23. Warm up the engine to working temperature and if it is necessary, adjust idling turns.

ENGINES OF 2,0 L

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove an inlet collector.
2. Having unscrewed fastening bolts (are specified by arrows), disconnect from the fuel pump of a high pressure submitting and returnable fuel pipes.
3. Remove the top chain and asterisks.
4. Through an aperture in the bottom asterisk unscrew bolts of fastening (1) forward parts of the fuel pump.
5. Unscrew bolts (are specified by arrows) and remove an arm of fastening from a back part of the fuel pump.
6. Remove the fuel pump together with a sealing ring (it is specified by an arrow).
7. Before installation check up that the safety lock in a ledge of an asterisk of the fuel pump is combined with an aperture of the case of the pump, and check up that the camshaft and a cranked shaft are established in the position corresponding to the top dead point of the first cylinder in a step of compression.
8. Establish a new sealing ring on the fuel pump.
9. Establish the fuel pump, combining the bottom asterisk of a chain with a pump ledge, and fix the pump bolts. Establish a back arm of the fuel pump and fix bolts.
10. Establish the top chain and asterisks.
11. Screw on the fuel pump fuel tubes.
12. Establish an inlet collector.
13. Connect the accumulator, start the engine and check up tightness of fuel system.
