Removal and installation

ENGINES OF 1,7 L

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator.
2. Loosen the collars, fastening the inlet air channel to a casing of the air filter also remove it from the engine.
3. Loosen the collars also unscrew bolts, fastening the inlet air channel турбонагнетателя and remove it from a head of the block of cylinders.
4. Unscrew bolts, fastening a pipe of an air inlet of the heat exchanger to a collector of a head of the block of cylinders and disconnect a pipe from a collector. Loosen the a collar of fastening of other party of a pipe also remove a pipe from the engine.
5. Loosen the a collar also remove a vacuum hose of the fuel pump from a back part of a collector.
6. Unscrew screws and remove an arm of a plait of wires from a collector.
7. In regular intervals and gradually unscrew bolts and nuts, fastening an inlet collector to a head of the block of cylinders.
8. Remove an inlet collector together with a lining.
9. Check up that interfaced surfaces of an inlet collector and a head of the block of cylinders, pure and dry and establish a new lining on collector racks.
Establish a collector and, working in diagonal sequence, in regular intervals and gradually tighten nuts and bolts of fastening of a collector the demanded moment.
Establish an arm of a plait of wires.
Connect a vacuum hose of the fuel pump to a collector.
Establish a pipe of an air inlet of the heat exchanger, using a new lining. Tighten bolts of fastening of a pipe and connect an inlet hose.
Establish inlet channels and connect the accumulator.

ENGINES OF 2,0 L

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. Unscrew screws and remove a plastic casing from the top part of a head of the block of cylinders.
2. On engines of a turbo of low pressure remove the metal and elastic pipe connecting a final collector with турбонагнетателем, and on engines of a turbo of a high pressure remove a pipe connecting a collector with the heat exchanger.
3. Unscrew screws (are specified by arrows) fastenings of an arm of a plait of wires to the top part of an inlet collector.
4. Disconnect electric sockets from gauges of a cooling liquid, the fuel pump of a high pressure, the gauge of a cranked shaft and the gauge of excess of pressure of a collector and move an arm of a plait of wires aside from a collector.
5. Remove a vacuum pipe from the valve of system of repeated burning of the fulfilled gases located on the top part of a collector.
6. Unscrew a connecting nut of fastening of a pipe of giving of fuel to an atomizer.
7. Unscrew a connecting nut of fastening of a pipe of giving of fuel to the fuel pump.
8. Remove pipelines of giving of fuel from the fuel pump to fuel atomizers.
9. In regular intervals and gradually unscrew bolts and remove the top part of a collector.
10. To remove the bottom section of an inlet collector, disconnect a vacuum pipe from the diaphragm valve.
11. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of an arm of an electric socket.
12. In regular intervals and gradually unscrew nuts of fastening and remove the bottom section of a collector with a lining from a head of the block of cylinders.
13. Establish the bottom section of an inlet collector together with a lining on a head of the block of cylinders and fix nuts, tightening them in diagonal sequence.
14. Connect a vacuum hose of the valve of a diaphragm and establish an arm with an electric socket.
15. Establish the top section of an inlet collector together with a lining and fix bolts.
16. Establish an arm of a plait of wires on the top part of a collector and fix bolts. Connect electric sockets and connect a vacuum pipe to the valve of repeated burning of the fulfilled gases.
17. Establish the inlet air channel and establish a plastic casing on a head of the block of cylinders.
18. Connect the accumulator, start the engine and check up tightness of fuel system.
