5.2.18. A final collector Removal and installation

ENGINES OF 1,7 L

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The final collector acts in film together with турбонагнетателем. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. Remove an engine mudguard.
2. Remove the radiator fan.
3. Remove the inlet air channel турбонагнетателя.
4. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a pipe of an air inlet of the heat exchanger to a collector and a head of the block of cylinders and separate a pipe from a collector. Loosen the a collar also remove a pipe of an air inlet from the engine.
5. Loosen the collars also remove a pipe connecting турбонагнетатель with the heat exchanger.
6. Loosen the collars also remove pipes of giving of a cooling liquid to турбонагнетателю from the case of the water pump and the thermostat. Release hoses from скоб fastenings that they could be removed together with a collector.
7. Unscrew bolts and remove the heat resisting screen турбонагнетателя.
8. Unscrew nuts and disconnect a reception exhaust pipe from турбонагнетателя.
9. Unscrew a bolt and remove a pipe of giving of oil to турбонагнетателю from the block of cylinders. Loosen the a collar also remove a hose of return of oil.
10. Unscrew bolts and remove supporting arm from a lateral part турбонагнетателя.
11. In regular intervals and gradually in diagonal sequence unscrew bolts and nuts of fastening of a final collector (are specified by arrows). Remove a final collector together with турбонагнетателем.
12. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal taking into account following moments:

 – Replace all linings;
 – Check up levels of engine oil and cooling liquid;
 – Before the first start of the engine disconnect an electric socket from the electromagnetic valve of a stop of the engine and turn the engine a starter until the lamp of pressure of oil will not go out, therefore engine oil will be submitted to bearings турбонагнетателя before engine start. Repeatedly connect an electric socket of the electromagnetic valve of a stop of the engine.

ENGINES OF 2,0 L

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. Unscrew screws and remove a plastic casing from the top part of a head of the block of cylinders.
2. Remove a pipe of giving of air from a casing of the air filter and remove the metal pipe connecting турбонагнетатель with the heat exchanger.
3. Unscrew nuts () and remove wires () from candles накаливания.
4. Unscrew screws of fastening of the heat resisting screen (are specified by arrows).
5. Remove the heat resisting screen from the top part of a collector.
6. Unscrew nuts, fastening a reception exhaust pipe to a collector and move a pipe from a collector.
7. Under the car unscrew bolts and remove the heat resisting screen of a starter.
8. Unscrew bolts and remove directing a plait of wires from a back part of the block of cylinders.
9. Unscrew oil pipes турбонагнетателя from the block of cylinders.
10. Unscrew bolts and remove an arm, collector supports. Disconnect a vacuum hose from a diaphragm заслонки турбонагнетателя.
11. In regular intervals and in diagonal sequence unscrew nuts of fastening of a final collector. Remove a final collector together with турбонагнетателем.
12. Remove a lining of a final collector.
13. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal taking into account following moments:

 – Replace all linings;
 – Check up and, if necessary, add engine oil and cooling liquid;
 – At the first start of the engine the engine some minutes should work on single turns therefore oil will arrive to bearings турбонагнетателя.
