5.2.13. Adjustment of the moment of injection of fuel

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. Unscrew the pipelines submitting fuel to fuel atomizers of the first and second cylinders.
2. Unscrew заглушку, located between pipes of giving of fuel to atomizers from the back party of the fuel pump.
3. Release the mechanism of start of the cold engine, passing a screw-driver through two apertures of the lever and turning the lever.
4. Establish the piston of the first cylinder in the top dead point in a compression step then turn a cranked shaft of the engine back on a turn quarter.
5. In a nest for заглушки screw in an adapter together with the indicator of hour type.
6. Slowly turn a cranked shaft in both parties and, observing of indicator indications, establish the piston of the fuel pump in the bottom dead point. Establish an arrow of the indicator on 0.
7. Slowly turn a cranked shaft clockwise before combination of an adjusting label of a pulley of a cranked shaft with the index.
8. Take readings with the indicator of hour type, and the size on the indicator should correspond resulted in technical characteristics. If it is necessary to make adjustment, ослабьте bolts and nuts of fastening of the fuel pump and slowly turn the pump case until the indicator of hour type will not show demanded value. In this position tighten bolts and nuts of fastening of the fuel pump.
9. Turn a cranked shaft of the engine clockwise on 3/4 turns. Slowly turning a cranked shaft forward and back and observing of indications of the indicator of hour type, define, when the piston of the fuel pump will be established in the bottom dead point, and establish an arrow of the indicator on 0.
10. Slowly turn a cranked shaft of the engine clockwise before combination of an adjusting label of a pulley of a cranked shaft with the index and check up installation of the moment of injection of fuel.
11. Unscrew an adapter with the indicator of hour type and take a screw-driver from the mechanism of start of the engine in a cold condition
12. Screw in in a back part of the fuel pump заглушку.
