Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Unscrew screws and remove a plastic protective casing from the top part of a cover of a head.

2. Loosen the a collar also disconnect a ventilation hose картера.

3. On turbo engines ослабьте a clip, крепящий a metal pipe to турбонагнетателю and a clip, крепящий the inlet channel to a collector. Unscrew two bolts and remove assemblage of a tubule from the engine together with ring consolidation which is established between a pipe and турбонагнетателем.

4. Now disconnect hoses of giving of fuel from the right end of a cover of a head and disconnect wires from candles накаливания. Unscrew a bolt, крепящий a plait of wires of an inlet collector to a head cover.

5. Unscrew bolts and uncover heads.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check up that interfaced surfaces of a cover of a head and a head of the block of cylinders, pure and dry. Establish a lining on a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.

2. Establish sealing washers under nests under bolts of fastening of a cover of a head.

3. Apply a thin film hermetic on a cylindrical surface on the left side of a cover of a head and a head of the block of cylinders (at the left – an arrangement of a layer of hermetic, on the right – places of drawing of hermetic).

4. Establish a cover of a head and tighten bolts of fastening by the demanded moment.

5. Connect hoses of giving of fuel and electric sockets and connect a ventilation hose картера.

6. On turbo models establish the inlet channel, using a new sealing ring.

7. Establish a protective plastic covering on a cover of a head and fix bolts.
