THE GENERAL DATA

To check up mechanism installation timing and the fuel pump it is necessary to use special tools:

– The tool of blocking of camshaft КМ932;
– A pin of blocking of a ledge of fuel pump KM927;
– A pin of blocking of cranked shaft КМ929;
– A wrench of an asterisk of camshaft КМ933.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove auxiliary приводной a belt. Unscrew an auxiliary rack of a pulley of the mechanism of a tension, the bottom bolt and шарнирный a bolt of a basic plate of a pulley and remove the tension mechanism.
2. Remove the vacuum pump of brake system.
3. For access improvement to a casing of an asterisk of the fuel pump and the pump execute following actions:

– Remove a casing of the air filter and a reception exhaust pipe;
– Unscrew a nut from the top part of the right support of the power unit and lift the right party of the engine on as much as possible.
4. Uncover heads of the block of cylinders and establish the piston of the first cylinder in the top dead point in a compression step.
5. Remove the gauge of a cranked shaft.
6. Unscrew screws and remove a casing of an asterisk of the fuel pump from a chain casing.
7. Check up that the label of a pulley of a cranked shaft is combined with the index and insert a pulley of blocking of a cranked shaft into an aperture of the gauge of a cranked shaft and fix a cranked shaft from проворачивания.
8. Insert a pin of blocking of a ledge of the fuel pump into an aperture in a ledge and, moving a pulley, insert it into an aperture in the pump case.
9. Insert a pin of blocking of a camshaft into an aperture on the left end of a camshaft.
10. If all pins of blocking were established normally, means, mechanism adjustment timing is not required. If though one of blocking pins is not established, it is necessary to make mechanism adjustment timing.
11. Take a pin of blocking of the pump and take a bolt on the right side of a suspension bracket from a head of the block of cylinders.
12. Unscrew the top head натяжителя chains and take плунжер, marking position in which it is established.
13. Fix a camshaft from turning and unscrew a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of a camshaft. Establish a new bolt, having tightened it by hand.
14. Loosen the bolts, fastening an asterisk of the fuel pump to a pump ledge.
15. Check up position of an adjusting label on the fuel pump. Thus the top asterisk of a chain of the mechanism timing should be combined with a pump ledge. Insert a pin of blocking of a ledge of the fuel pump and tighten bolts of fastening of an asterisk the demanded moment.
16. Establish a pin of blocking of a camshaft.
17. After installation of all pins of blocking plant into place a camshaft asterisk, screwing up a bolt of fastening of an asterisk. Thus support an asterisk so that chain sagging was from outside the mechanism of a tension of a chain.
18. Fix a camshaft from проворачивания a wrench and in stages tighten a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of a camshaft the demanded moment.
19. Take all pins of blocking, establish a new sealing ring to the top head натяжителя mechanism chains timing. Insert плунжер into a head of the block of cylinders and tighten its demanded moment.
20. Turn a cranked shaft of the engine on two complete revolutions and check up that all pins of blocking can be established.
21. Check up that interfaced surfaces of a casing of an asterisk of the fuel pump and a chain casing, pure and dry. Establish a casing of an asterisk of the fuel pump on a lining or a layer of hermetic and fix bolts, having tightened their demanded moment.
22. Establish the tension mechanism.
23. Establish a support of the power unit. Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
24. Establish a reception exhaust pipe and a casing of the air filter.
25. Establish the vacuum pump of brake system.
26. Establish the gauge of a cranked shaft in the block of cylinders and connect the accumulator.
