3.4.18. Suspension brackets of the power unit Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. For access improvement to a suspension bracket of the power unit lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. 2. Check up a condition of rubber elements of support of the engine on presence of cracks, ageing and stratification. 3. Check up reliability of fastening of engine mounts. 4. Moving the engine here and there, check up люфт in engine mounts. Люфт should be insignificant even at new elements of a suspension bracket.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The right suspension bracket 1. Remove a casing of the air filter and the right inlet air channel. 2. Establish under the engine a jack and through wooden брусок raise the engine until all weight of the engine will not be perceived by a jack. 3. Unscrew nuts of fastening of a support to a basic arm and remove an engine mount. 4. Raise the engine and unscrew the bottom nut of fastening of a support and remove an engine mount. 5. Check up suspension bracket elements on presence of deterioration or damage and, if necessary, replace. 6. Fix a suspension bracket of the power unit to a body and tighten nuts kreple-nija the demanded moment. 7. Establish a basic arm to the engine and tighten bolts of fastening by the demanded moment. Establish the right suspension bracket on the top part of a support and tighten a nut of fastening by the demanded moment. The left suspension bracket 8. Unscrew a nut of fastening of the right suspension bracket of the power unit. 9. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. 10. Establish under the engine a jack and through wooden брусок raise the engine until all weight of the engine will not be perceived by a jack. Unscrew a nut, крепящую the left suspension bracket to a forward bottom frame (it is specified by an arrow). 11. Raise the engine, unscrew bolts of fastening of the left suspension bracket to a transmission and take a suspension bracket. 12. Check up all elements of a suspension bracket on signs of deterioration and, if necessary, replace. 13. Establish the left suspension bracket and slightly tighten a fastening nut. 14. Screw up bolts of fastening of the left suspension bracket to a transmission. 15. Lower the engine and screw up a nut of fastening of the left suspension bracket to the bottom frame. 16. Lower the car and tighten nuts of fastening of the left suspension bracket the demanded moment. Back suspension bracket 17. Remove the right power shaft. 18. Remove a forward exhaust pipe. 19. Loosen the bolts of fastening of a rod of a gear change also disconnect a rod of a gear change from draught of management of a transmission. 20. Unscrew a nut of fastening of the right suspension bracket. 21. Establish under the engine a jack and through wooden брусок raise engine weight until all weight of the engine will not be perceived by a jack. 22. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a back suspension bracket to the bottom frame. If it is necessary, unscrew bolts and take a back suspension bracket from under the car. 23. Establish a back suspension bracket and fix it to the power unit. 24. Fix a back suspension bracket to the bottom frame, having tightened bolts of fastening by the demanded moment. 25. Screw up a nut of fastening of the right suspension bracket, having tightened its demanded moment. 26. Connect a rod of a gear change and adjust the gear change mechanism. 27. Establish the right power shaft. 28. Establish a forward exhaust pipe.
