THE GENERAL DATA

The cable of a manual brake consists of three sections. The short forward section connects the lever of a manual brake to the jack. Secondary left and right sections connect a plate of the jack to back brakes. Short a cable connect a back part of a manual brake to levers on back brake колодках. Each section can be removed separately.

Removal

FORWARD SECTION OF THE CABLE OF THE MANUAL BRAKE

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car and fix on supports.
2. In car salon remove a protective cover of a manual brake and remove it on the lever of a manual brake.
3. Lower the lever of a manual brake and unscrew an adjusting nut from the forward end of a cable of a manual brake.
4. Remove a back part of system of release of the fulfilled gases.
5. Remove the heat resisting screen for access to a plate of the jack of a manual brake.
6. Turn a back part of forward section of a manual brake on 90 ° and disconnect from a jack plate.
7. Remove rubber consolidation from the bottom of the car and remove forward section of a cable of a manual brake.

SECONDARY SECTION OF THE CABLE OF THE MANUAL BRAKE

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car and fix on supports. Completely lower the lever of a manual brake.
2. Remove a back part of system of release of the fulfilled gases.
3. Remove the heat resisting screen for access to a plate of the jack of a cable of a manual brake.
4. Move a jack plate forward, then turn the back end of forward section of a cable of a manual brake on 90 ° and disconnect a cable from the jack.
5. Disconnect a back part of each cable from back short cables of a manual brake.
6. Release a cable of a manual brake from скоб fastenings and take it from under the car.

BACK SECTION OF THE CABLE OF THE MANUAL BRAKE

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car and fix on supports. Completely lower the lever of a manual brake.
2. Using a screw-driver as the lever, disconnect a clip connecting a secondary and back cable of a manual brake.
3. Disconnect a cable of a manual brake from the back lever brake колодок.
