THE GENERAL DATA

The system (one-dot injection) copes the vacuum switch sensitive to temperature established in a casing of a throttle. When temperature of air passing through a throttle, more low 35 With, the vacuum switch is opened, allowing depression of an inlet collector to influence an air diaphragm of the valve of regulation of temperature in the basis of a casing of the air filter. The vacuum raises a diaphragm and moves the valve of a folding shutter of an air inlet therefore in the engine air which has been warmed up about a final collector arrives.

At increase in temperature of arriving air at the expense of heating its final collector, the wax capsule in the vacuum switch closes the switch, blocking vacuum to the valve of adjustment of temperature of arriving air. As the vacuum is blocked, the folding shutter of an air inlet moves and closes regulating valve at temperature nearby 40 S.Pri it in the engine cold air from a forward part of the car arrives only.

Check

Cool the engine, then separate the inlet channel from a forward part of a casing of the air filter. The valve of a folding shutter of the regulating valve should block receipt of hot air. Start the engine. The folding shutter thus should rise and block immediately receipt of cold air and, after engine warming up, should move and open giving only cold air.

To check up the vacuum switch, disconnect a vacuum pipe from the regulating valve and close a tube a finger. At work of the cold engine in a tube the vacuum should be felt, and after warming up of the engine to normal working temperature the vacuum should be absent.

To check up work of the valve of adjustment of temperature of arriving air, separate the inlet channel from a casing of the air filter. The valve of a folding shutter should close receipt of hot air in the engine. Disconnect a vacuum pipe and create in it depression. Thus the folding shutter should move and block receipt of cold air in the engine.
