Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Engines SOCH of 1,6 l

1. Disconnect an electric socket from the oxygen gauge, located on gauge wires. Release electroconducting of the gauge from скоб fastenings so that the gauge could be removed together with a collector.

2. Remove a reception exhaust pipe.

3. Remove заборник the warmed-up air from a final collector.

4. Take probe measurements of level of engine oil and remove high-voltage wires from candles of 2nd and 3rd cylinders. Unscrew and remove the heat resisting screen of a final collector.

5. Unscrew nuts and remove a final collector from the engine together with a lining.

6. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus it is necessary to use a new lining of a final collector.

Other models

7. Remove the secondary pneumovalve of system of giving of air and a connecting branch pipe.

8. On l models 1,6 disconnect an electric socket of the gauge of the oxygen, located on wires, release electroconducting from скоб fastenings so that the gauge could be removed together with a collector.

9. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a reception exhaust pipe to a collector.

10. Unscrew nuts and remove a final collector together with a lining.

11. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal, thus it is necessary to establish new linings of a final collector and a reception exhaust pipe.
