5.1.19. System of release of the fulfilled gases

THE GENERAL DATA

The system of release of the fulfilled gases consists of a reception exhaust pipe, the additional and basic muffler. In cars with system of clearing of exhaust gases instead of the additional muffler the catalyst is established. All elements of system have folding connections and can be replaced separately. The reception exhaust pipe has additional fastening to a car body.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the car over a viewing hole. Reception exhaust pipe of engines SOCH of 1,6 l 2. Unscrew and remove bolts and springs, fastening a forward flange of a forward reception exhaust pipe to a collector. 3. Unscrew bolts, fastening a reception exhaust pipe to an intermediate pipe, and take a reception exhaust pipe from under the car. Reception exhaust pipe of engines DOCH of 1,6 l 4. Unscrew fastening bolts (are specified by arrows) forward flange of a reception exhaust pipe to a collector. 5. Unscrew fastening of a reception exhaust pipe to a body arm. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a reception exhaust pipe to an intermediate pipe and take a reception exhaust pipe from under the car. Reception exhaust pipe on models with engines of 1,8 and 2,0 l 6. Disconnect an electric socket of the gauge of the oxygen, located on gauge wires. Release electroconducting of the gauge from скоб fastenings that the gauge could be removed with a reception exhaust pipe. 7. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a reception exhaust pipe to a collector. 8. Unscrew a nut of fastening of a reception exhaust pipe to a body arm. 9. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a reception exhaust pipe to an intermediate pipe and take a reception exhaust pipe from under the car. The catalyst 10. Unscrew and remove bolts and springs, fastening the catalyst to a reception exhaust pipe and bolts, fastening the catalyst to an intermediate pipe. Take the catalyst from under the car. Intermediate pipe of models with engines SOCH of 1,6 l 11. Unscrew bolts, fastening an intermediate pipe to a reception exhaust pipe and ослабьте a clip, крепящий an intermediate pipe to an exhaust pipe. 12. Remove an intermediate pipe from rubber suspension brackets and take it from under the car. Intermediate pipe of models with engines DOCH 1,6, 1,8 and 2,0 l 13. Unscrew and remove bolts and springs (are specified by arrows), fastening an intermediate pipe to an exhaust pipe. 14. Unscrew fastening bolts (are specified by arrows) intermediate pipe to a forward pipe. 15. Release an intermediate pipe from rubber suspension brackets and take it from under the car. Exhaust pipe 16. Unscrew and remove bolts and springs or ослабьте a clip, крепящий an exhaust pipe to an intermediate pipe. 17. Release an exhaust pipe from rubber suspension brackets and take from under the car.
