| 1. Remove pressure in fuel system and remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. |

| 6. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of the generator on the right side of a collector. |
| 7. Unscrew connecting nuts and remove fuel hoses from the throttle case. |
| 8. Remove скобу fastenings and separate a torso of an accelerator from spherical шарнирного connections. Remove a cover of a cable of an accelerator from an arm. |
| 9. Disconnect a vacuum hose and a ventilation hose картера from the throttle case. |
| 10. Loosen the a collar also remove a hose of a cooling liquid from a back part of a collector. |
| 11. Unscrew a connecting nut and remove a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from a collector. |
| 12. Check up that all hoses are disconnected, and unscrew nuts of fastening of a collector. |
| 13. Remove an inlet collector. |
| 14. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal, thus it is necessary to establish a new lining of an inlet collector. |

15. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a plastic arm of a plait of wires in a back part of an inlet collector. |
| 16. Disconnect electric sockets from gauges of oxygen, the block of ignition, the valve of clearing and other sockets on the left forward party of a collector. Unscrew a nut of fastening of the tyre of grounding to a head of the block of cylinders and a collector. |

17. Remove the valve of catching of steams of fuel (it is specified by an arrow) from the left forward end of a collector and disconnect a hose of the valve from a collector. |
| 18. Unscrew a connecting nut and remove a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes of a collector. Disconnect from a collector a vacuum hose and a ventilation hose картера the engine. |

19. Disconnect a vacuum hose from a pressure regulator. |
| 20. Loosen the collars also remove a hose connecting the case of throttles with the top section of a collector. |

21. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the top section of a collector (are specified by arrows). Remove the top section of a collector and a lining. |
| 22. For removal of the bottom section of an inlet collector at first remove pressure in fuel system. |
| 23. Unscrew connecting nuts and disconnect fuel hoses from a fuel highway. |
| 24. Loosen the bottom скобу fastenings also remove a connecting part from the case of throttles. |
| 25. Disconnect an electric socket from the gauge of a cranked shaft and release it from a collector. |
| 26. Remove a torso of an accelerator from the case of throttles and disconnect electric sockets from the engine operating turns of idling, and a throttle potentiometer. |
| 27. Unscrew bolts and remove the case of throttles. |
| 28. Unscrew bolts from ledges of an arm of the case of throttles and remove an arm from a collector. |
| 29. Remove auxiliary приводной a belt and unscrew a bolt of fastening of the generator to the right party of a collector. |
| 30. Unscrew nuts and remove the bottom section of a collector. |
| 31. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus it is necessary to establish a new lining of an inlet collector, to fill in cooling liquid in system of cooling and to adjust an accelerator torso. |

| 32. Remove auxiliary приводной a belt. |
| 33. Remove pressure in fuel system and remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. |
| 34. Disconnect electric sockets from the gauge of temperature of air arriving in the engine and a measuring instrument of a stream of air. |
| 35. Loosen the a collar also remove a ventilation hose картера the engine from a back part of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 36. Loosen the collars also remove the inlet air channel from the air filter and the case of throttles. |
| 37. Remove скобу fastenings and separate a cable of an accelerator from spherical шарнирного connections of a cam of a throttle. |
| 38. Unscrew bolts and remove an arm of a cable of an accelerator from the case of throttles. |
| 39. Press hoses of giving of a cooling liquid to a back part of the case of throttles, ослабьте collars and remove both hoses. |
| 40. Remove electric sockets from a potentiometer of a throttle and the spherical engine of management of idling turns. |
| 41. Note an arrangement and disconnect hoses from the case of throttles, then unscrew nuts and remove the case of throttles from an inlet collector. |
| 42. Unscrew connecting nuts and remove fuel hoses from a fuel highway. |
| 43. Disconnect electric sockets from the block of ignition, the valve of clearing, the valve of a collector, the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid, the valve of repeated burning of the fulfilled gases and the oxygen gauge. |
| 44. Release скобы fastenings and remove a casing with electric wires from a back part of a head of the block of cylinders. Disconnect electric sockets of the gauge of a cranked shaft and the detonation gauge. |
| 45. Unscrew a connecting nut and remove a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes of a collector. Disconnect from a collector a vacuum hose and a ventilation hose картера the engine. Disconnect a vacuum hose from a pressure regulator |
| 46. Unscrew the top bolt of fastening of the generator on the right side of an inlet collector. |
| 47. Unscrew bolts and remove an arm of support of the basis of a collector. |
| 48. Unscrew nuts and remove a collector from the engine. |
| 49. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. |
