Блокиратор a starter and the switch of lanterns of a backing includes backing lanterns at installation of the mechanism of a choice of transfers to corresponding position and prevents engine start when any transfer is included.
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
|
| 1. Establish the selector lever in position N. |
| 2. For access to the switch remove the accumulator and an accumulator support. |
| 3. Remove a cable of the selector from the lever of a choice of transfers on a transmission. Unscrew a nut and remove the lever from a shaft of the mechanism of a choice of transfers. |
| 4. Disconnect the electric socket of the switch located on wires. |
| 5. On the engine of 1,8 and 2,0 l take probe for measurement of level of oil in a transmission, unscrew a nut and remove a pipe probeа. |
| 6. Unscrew a nut from a shaft of a choice of transfers. |
| 7. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a plate of the switch and take the switch from a motor compartment. |
| 8. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus it is necessary to make switch adjustment. |

Adjustment
The prevention
Before switch adjustment check up that the selector cable is correctly adjusted.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
|
| 1. Establish the selector lever in position N. |
| 2. For access to the switch remove the accumulator and an accumulator support. |
| 3. Remove a cable of the selector from the lever of a choice of transfers on a transmission. Unscrew a nut and remove the lever from a shaft of the mechanism of a choice of transfers. |
| 4. On a transmission established in neutral position, washers on a shaft of the mechanism of a choice of transfers should be parallel to marks on the switch case (fig. of Blokirator of a starter and the switch of lanterns of a backing see). If it is necessary to make adjustment, ослабьте bolts of fastening of the case of the switch and turn the switch in demanded position. |
| 5. Establish the lever of a choice of transfers and fix a nut. Connect a selector cable to the lever and fix скобой. |
| 6. Establish the accumulator and check up switch work. |
