11.1.10. Adjustment of light of headlights

THE GENERAL DATA

Correct adjustment of light of headlights is of great importance for traffic safety. Exact adjustment is possible only by means of the special device.

For adjustment of light of headlights the screws located in a back part of a headlight are used. The internal screw is intended for light adjustment in a horizontal plane, and the external screw – for adjustment in a vertical plane.

All models are equipped by the proof-reader of light of headlights with an electric drive. The handle of management should be established by the proof-reader in following position depending on car loading:

0 – the driver and the forward passenger;
1 – the driver and 4 passengers;
3 – the driver and 4 passengers with cargo in a luggage space.
