Before installation of pulleys check up an oil sealing ring on deterioration and damage and, if necessary, replace. 2. Check up that the adjusting pulley is in a camshaft nest. 3. On l models 1,6 combine a groove on a pulley with an adjusting pin and fix a pulley a bolt. 4. On models 1,8 and 2,0 l in pulleys are available two grooves for an adjusting pin. If the pulley is established on a camshaft operating inlet valves, the adjusting pin settles down in a groove with inscription IN. And if the pulley is established on a camshaft operating final valves, an adjusting pin ustanavliva-etsja in a groove with inscription ЕХ. 5. Correctly establish pulleys on camshafts and fix their bolts, having tightened the demanded moment. Thus fix a camshaft a wrench from проворачивания. 6. Establish a gear belt and establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. Pulley of a cranked shaft of model 1,6 of l 7. Establish a pulley on a cranked shaft.
