3.2.13. The oil pallet

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. 2. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. 3. Merge engine oil, establish a new washer and establish a drain stopper in the oil pallet. Engines of 1,6 l 4. Remove a forward exhaust pipe. 5. Disconnect an electric socket from the gauge of level of oil. 6. Unscrew bolts, fastening a ledge of the oil pallet to картеру transmissions. 7. For access to bolts of fastening of the oil pallet take the rubber stoppers closing bolts. 8. Gradually and consistently unscrew bolts of fastening of the oil pallet to the block of cylinders of the engine. Remove the oil pallet and a lining. 9. Unscrew bolts and lift the receiver маслоприемника with the mesh filter. Wash out the mesh filter. Engines of 1,8 and 2,0 l 10. Disconnect an electric socket from the gauge of level of engine oil. 11. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the bottom part of the oil pallet to the main block of the pallet and remove it together with a lining. 12. For removal of the main block of the oil pallet from the engine remove the oil filter. 13. Remove a forward exhaust pipe. 14. Unscrew bolts, fastening a ledge of the main block of the pallet to картеру transmissions. 15. Gradually unscrew bolts of fastening of the main block of the pallet to the block of cylinders. Remove the main block of the oil pallet together with a lining. The prevention On some models it can be necessary to disconnect the right power shaft from a transmission for removal of the main block of the oil pallet. 16. Unscrew bolts and remove маслоприемную a tube together with the mesh filter.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear all traces of a dirt and oil of interfaced surfaces of the oil pallet and the block of cylinders. Engines of 1,6 l 2. Establish a new sealing ring of round section on the top part of a pipe маслоприемника. Put on a carving of bolts means against unscrewing and screw a pipe маслоприемника on the oil pump. 3. Establish a new lining on the oil pallet. Put on a carving of bolts the means interfering unscrewing of bolts and screw up bolts of fastening of the oil pallet, working from the centre in diagonal sequence. 5. Screw up bolts of fastening of a ledge of the oil pallet to картеру transmissions. 6. Establish a forward exhaust pipe and repeatedly connect an electric socket of the gauge of level of oil. 7. Lower the car on the earth and fill in engine oil in the engine. Engines of 1,8 and 2,0 l The prevention At installation of the oil pallet it is necessary to use new bolts. 8. Establish a new sealing ring of round section on the top part маслоприемной pipes. Establish маслоприемную a pipe on the oil pump and fix bolts. 9. Apply a thin film hermetic on the bottom part of the block of cylinders in the field of installation of the oil pump and a back main radical cover of bearings. 10. Establish a new lining on the main block of the oil pallet and on a carving of fastening of bolts of the oil pallet put the means interfering their unscrewing. 11. Establish the main block of the oil pallet on the block of cylinders and fix bolts, tightening them from the centre in diagonal sequence. 12. Fix bolts a ledge of the main block of the oil pallet to картеру transmissions. 13. Establish a forward exhaust pipe and where it is necessary, connect a power shaft to a transmission. 14. Check up that interfaced surfaces of the main block of the pallet both the bottom pallet pure and dry. Establish the bottom oil pallet with a new lining on the main block of the oil pallet and fix its new bolts. 15. Establish the new oil filter and connect an electric socket to the gauge of level of oil. 16. Lower the car and fill in engine oil in the engine.
