The prevention
For pulley fastening it is necessary to use a new bolt.
|
| 1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. Remove the right wheel. |
| 2. Remove auxiliary приводной a belt. |
| 3. Loosen the a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft. For prevention проворачивания a cranked shaft it is necessary, that the assistant has included any transfer and has pressed a brake. On models with an automatic transmission unscrew one of bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer and, using the steel core inserted through an aperture under a bolt, block a drive plate. |

| 4. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley and remove a pulley from a cranked shaft. |
| Engines of 1,8 and 2,0 l |
| 5. For a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft turn a cranked shaft until the label on a pulley will not be combined with the index on a cover. |
| 6. Unscrew bolts of fastening of an auxiliary pulley to a pulley of a gear belt and remove a pulley. |

| 1. Establish a pulley of a cranked shaft. Thus combine a groove on a pulley with a ledge on a pulley of a gear belt. |
| 2. Fix a pulley a bolt. Thus fix a cranked shaft from проворачивания. |

| 4. Establish a wheel and lower the car. |

| 5. Check up that the label of a pulley of a cranked shaft is combined with a label on the case, and establish a pulley auxiliary клинового a belt on a cranked shaft. Combine a label on a pulley with the index and fix a pulley bolts. |
