1.7. The Multi-Info-display – Check-Сontrol
THE GENERAL DATA

 

Check-Control Carries out the control over level of liquids, thickness of frictional overlays of forward disk brakes, functionality of an automatic transmission and the major lamps of external illumination, including electroconducting and safety locks. At the control of lamps malfunction is displayed only in case of inclusion of a corresponding chain.

After ignition inclusion automatic check of all functions Check-Control is carried out.

If all functions over which the control as it should be inscription Bremslicht Prufung (check of brake fires) dies away after the first pressing a brake pedal is carried out.

Messages on malfunctions are displayed on the display. Inscription CHECK in addition burns. At several malfunctions of the message on them are deduced one after another.

Some messages are displayed on the display in the form of reductions.

Display of faults

 – Olstand prufen (to check up oil level)

Oil level in system of greasing of the engine is too low. As soon as possible to check up oil level, to add oil.

 – Kuhlmittel Stand (level of a cooling liquid)

Level of a cooling liquid in a compensatory tank is too low.

 – Automatik Getriebe (an automatic transmission)

The transmission is not switched any more automatically. To switch manually.

 – Bremsbelag (overlays brake колодок)

Overlays brake колодок forward disk brakes are worn out till the minimum thickness.

 – Bremslicht Sicherung (a safety lock for brake fires)

Has fused a safety lock for brake fires. To replace a safety lock only after malfunction elimination.

 – Bremslicht (brake fires)

 – Fahrlicht Rucklicht (light of headlights, light of lanterns of a backing)

Passing light or backing headlights have failed.

 – Waschwasser Stand (level промывочной liquids)

Liquid level in a tank стеклоомывателя is too low.

If messages on malfunctions for indication of a condition of the onboard computer the display is blocked are deduced.

It is necessary to confirm the message on malfunction with pressing of key S or R on the lever of the switch of a screen wiper. At a conclusion of several messages on malfunctions to confirm with consecutive pressing.

After acknowledgement the message on the display is erased. The display is free for indication of messages of the onboard computer. Inscription CHECK on the right on the display continues to burn, and reminds that there are one or several malfunctions.

Messages Bremslicht Sicherung (a safety lock for brake fires), Bremslicht (brake fires) and Fahrlicht Rucklicht (light of headlights, light of lanterns of a backing) are deduced again in 15 minutes after acknowledgement.

After deenergizing and the inclusions of the ignition which has been written down in memory of the message, serially are deduced on the display.

After elimination of malfunctions of the message are automatically erased.
