Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Merge cooling liquid from cooling system.

Petrol engine SOCH of 1,6 l

2. Unscrew a bolt and remove draught of the jack of a twisting moment on the right side of the engine.

3. Disconnect an electric socket from the gauge of temperature of the cooling liquid, the thermostat located on a casing on the right side of the block of cylinders.

4. Unscrew and remove the gauge from a thermostat casing.

Petrol engines DOCH 1.6, 1.8 and 2,0 l

5. Remove the ignition block.

6. Remove an electric socket from the gauge of temperature of the cooling liquid, located on a casing on the left side of a head of the block of cylinders.

7. Unscrew the gauge.

Diesel engines

8. The temperature gauge is located on a thermostat casing. On the engine of 1,7 l the casing is on the left end of a head of the block of cylinders. On engines of 2,0 l the gauge is on the right forward part of a head of the block of cylinders (it is specified by an arrow).

9. Merge cooling liquid from cooling system.

10. Disconnect an electric socket and unscrew the gauge from a thermostat casing.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Fill in cooling liquid in cooling system.
