Check
An electric food to the cooling fan moves through the lock of ignition and the fuse. Management of the fan is made by a temperature-sensitive element established on the right side in a radiator.
The fan should join at excess of working temperature of the engine, that is some minutes prior to an input of an arrow of the index of temperature of the engine in red sector. If the fan does not join, remove wires from a temperature-sensitive element, connect them among themselves and include ignition. If the fan after that earns, possibly, the temperature-sensitive element which is subject to replacement has failed. In a case if the fan still does not work, check up, whether pressure to a temperature-sensitive element moves. If pressure on a temperature-sensitive element is absent, damage of wires is possible, or has fused the fuse. If pressure moves, check up reliability of connection with weight of the second wire of the gauge. If the temperature-sensitive element and electroconducting in a good condition, means, probably, the fan electric motor is damaged. The electric motor can be checked up pressure giving on it additional wires from the accumulator.
Removal
MODELS WITH PETROL ENGINES WITHOUT THE AIR CONDITIONING

| 1. Remove an electric socket from the engine of the fan of a radiator and release electric wires from скоб supports. |
| 2. Unscrew the top bolts of fastening of the fan of a radiator to a back part of a radiator. |
| 3. Take the fan in gathering from the bottom fastening and remove it from a motor compartment. |
| 4. Unscrew nuts, remove a lock ring and remove the electric motor of the fan of a radiator from a casing. |

MODELS WITH PETROL ENGINES WITH THE AIR CONDITIONING
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
|
| 1. Disconnect both plugs from the accumulator, then remove the block of the relay and the safety locks, located in front of the accumulator. |
| 2. Disconnect an electric socket from the auxiliary fan. |
| 3. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of the tyre of grounding to the fan. |
| 4. Disconnect electric sockets from two gauges of pressure of the air conditioning, located on a partition of a motor compartment. |
| 5. Merge cooling liquid from cooling system. |
| 6. Loosen the collars also remove the top hose connecting a casing of the thermostat and a radiator. |
| 7. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the heat exchanger on the right side of a radiator. |
| 8. Remove electric sockets from two temperature-sensitive elements of an air conditioning located on the basis on the right side of a radiator. |
| 9. Disconnect an electric socket from the air conditioning compressor. |
| 10. Release pipelines of the heat exchanger from скоб fastenings. |
| 11. Disconnect a left-hand side of the block of the fan from a radiator, raise the fan block upwards and take from a motor compartment. |
| 12. Disconnect electric wires, unscrew bolts of fastening and remove an electric motor of the fan from the fan block. |
| 13. Take скобу and remove the fan from the electric motor. |

MODELS WITH DIESEL ENGINES
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
|
| 1. Remove the accumulator and an accumulator support. |
| 2. Remove a forward bumper. |
| 3. Remove the right loose leaf of an arch of a wheel. Then disconnect an electric socket from the wires going to the fan. |
| 4. On models about an air conditioning disconnect an electric socket from the pressure gauge in a back part of the engine. |
| 5. On models with the diesel engine of 1,7 l remove the auxiliary pump of cooling and disconnect hoses from a radiator. |
| 6. Remove tubes of giving of air to the heat exchanger on a radiator left-hand side. |
| 7. Disconnect all electric wires from the block of the fan of a radiator. |
| 8. On models with an air conditioning disconnect electric wires from the auxiliary fan and the compressor. |

9. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the fan to a radiator |
|
|
10. Take the radiator fan upwards from the bottom right suspension bracket. |
| 11. Remove a lock ring and remove the radiator fan. |
| 12. Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove the engine of the fan of a radiator. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER

| Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Fill in cooling liquid in cooling system. |
