4.2.2.5. A heater radiator

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. In a motor compartment press hoses of giving of a cooling liquid to a heater radiator.
2. On diesel engines of 2,0 l disconnect an electric socket from the fuel pump.
3. For access improvement on diesel engines of 2,0 l remove the fuel filter.
4. Disconnect hoses of giving of a cooling liquid from unions of a radiator of a heater, pressing a branch pipe and moving a blocking ring.
5. Close stoppers branch pipes of hoses (the locations of stoppers are specified by arrows).
6. Remove the central console.
7. Remove an arm supporting the bottom central part of the panel of devices (it is specified by an arrow).
8. Remove the bottom part of a branch pipe of giving of air in the bottom part of salon.
9. Unscrew the screw of fastening of a branch pipe of giving of air.
10. Remove a branch pipe of giving of air.
11. Remove a suspension bracket of air lines.
12. Using a screw-driver, освободжите скобы fastenings of a cover of a radiator of heating. On models with an air conditioning the cover is fixed by bolts.
13. Uncover a heater radiator.
14. Take a radiator of a heater from a casing. On models with an air conditioning before extraction of a radiator of a heater move it to the right.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. If скобы fastenings of a cover of a radiator of a heater are broken, drill four apertures in a cover and fix its self-cutting screws. Before cover installation strongly press a heater radiator into a casing. Add cooling liquid in cooling system.
