Plums of a cooling liquid
1. Uncover a broad tank.
2. Remove a mudguard under a motor compartment and establish the container under a radiator on the left side.
3. Loosen the a collar also remove a hose from the basis of a radiator and merge cooling liquid in the container.
4. After plum of a cooling liquid establish a hose on a radiator and fix its collar.
Washing of system of cooling
5. Cooling liquid is necessary for changing periodically, and cooling system to wash out, as in system channels the rust and a dirt is formed. The radiator is necessary for washing out irrespective of the engine.
Radiator washing
6. Disconnect hoses from a radiator.
7. Insert a hose into an entrance aperture of the top tank of a radiator, include water and wash out a radiator before occurrence at its finest from the bottom tank of a radiator.
8. If it is not possible to wash out a radiator pure water take advantage of a washing-up liquid.
Engine washing
9. Remove the thermostat and disconnect hoses from a radiator.
10. Establish the thermostat and connect hoses of system of cooling.
Filling of system of cooling
11. Before filling of system of cooling check up that all hoses inside in a good condition. Pay attention that the antifreeze mix should be used all year long for corrosion prevention.
12. Uncover a broad tank.
13. On engines SOCH of 1,6 l remove the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid from the top part of a casing of the thermostat. It is necessary for removal of air from cooling system. On other engines removal of air from cooling system occurs automatically at engine warming up.
14. Slowly fill in cooling liquid until level will not reach a label max on a broad tank. On engines SOCH of 1,6 l establish the temperature gauge after from an aperture for the gauge there will be pure without vials a cooling liquid.
15. Establish a cover of a broad tank.
16. Start the engine and warm up it to working temperature.
17. Stop the engine and cool it, then check up level of a cooling liquid.
