Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. At the switched off engine examine a condition drive a belt on all its length. Check up pulleys of an auxiliary belt on presence of notches, cracks, deformation and corrosion.

2. Check up position of the lever of assemblage of the mechanism of a tension drive a belt. The lever should be between an emphasis (1) and (3) on a basic plate and freely to move.

3. If приводной the belt is worn out or damaged or the lever of the mechanism of a tension is located opposite to an emphasis, приводной it is necessary to replace a belt.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a casing of the air filter.

2. On models with an air conditioning remove the right forward support of the power unit.

3. Before removal drive a belt note its position on pulleys. If the belt is repeatedly established, note a direction of its rotation.

4. Using a wrench, take away the lever of the mechanism of a tension from drive a belt for tension removal drive a belt, and remove a belt from pulleys.

5. Establish new приводной a belt.

6. Check up that the belt is correctly located on all pulleys and slowly release the mechanism of a tension of a belt.

7. On models with an air conditioning establish a support of the power unit.

8. On all models establish a casing of the air filter.
