Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Press some times a brake pedal to fill with air the vacuum amplifier of brakes or to remove pressure in the hydraulic block of the servomotor.
2. Uncover a tank of brake system and, using a syringe, pump out a brake liquid.
3. Remove a box of the relay from a hydraulic regulator on the left forward party of a motor compartment.
4. On models with a mechanical transmission ослабьте a collar also remove feeding tube of coupling (arrow) from a tank.
5. Having pulled upwards, remove a tank from the main brake cylinder.
6. Mark the brake tubes approaching to the main brake cylinder.
7. Arrange pure rags under the main brake cylinder. Unscrew nuts of fastening of brake tubes and take aside from the main brake cylinder brake tubes. Close the ends of tubes corresponding stoppers.
8. Unscrew nuts of fastening and remove the main brake cylinder from the vacuum amplifier of brakes together with a lining.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus establish a new lining. Remove air from hydraulic system. Nuts of fastening of brake tubes should be tightened the demanded moment. In case of pulling the flange on the tube end can be damaged.
