8.14. A back support

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a back part of the car and fix on supports. Remove a wheel. 2. Press a brake hose between a back axis and the bottom a suitable clip, thus watch, that the hose has not been damaged by a clip. 3. Loosen the a nut of fastening of the brake pipeline to a support. 4. Remove brake Pads. 5. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a support. 6. Unscrew a connecting nut, крепящую the brake pipeline to a support, and remove a support.

Support repair

Correct arrangement of the piston in a back support

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Being careful, clear a support of a brake dust and a dirt. 2. Take the piston from a support for what it is possible to use air under the low pressure submitted to the brake cylinder through an aperture for connection of a brake hose. Thus instead of brake колодок establish wooden брусок. 3. Take a sealing ring from a flute in a support aperture. 4. Squeeze out directing plugs from the support case. 5. Wash out all details in methyl spirit or a pure brake liquid and wipe them. 6. Dip the piston and a new sealing ring of the piston into a brake liquid and apply a thin film a brake liquid on an aperture for the piston in a support. 7. Establish a sealing ring in a support aperture. 8. Establish a dustproof cover on the piston so that internal diameter of a cover was included into a piston flute. Insert the piston into a support and simultaneously insert an external edge of a dustproof cover into a support before its fixing.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a support on a brake disk, then screw the brake pipeline. 2. Put on a carving of bolts of fastening of a support the means interfering their unscrewing and fix a support bolts. 3. Establish brake Pads. 4. Definitively tighten a nut of fastening of the brake pipeline. 5. Remove air from brake system. 6. Establish a wheel and lower the car.
