7.2.3. Oil replacement in a transmission

THE GENERAL DATA

As periodic replacement of oil in a transmission is not provided, in картере transmissions there is no drain stopper.

Plums of oil from a transmission will be faster and effective if this operation to make after warming up of the engine to working temperature and carrying out of a control trip for transmission warming up.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. Remove an engine mudguard.

2. Wipe area about a cover of differential and establish the container for oil.

3. In regular intervals and gradually unscrew bolts of fastening of a cover of differential and merge engine oil in the container.

4. After oil plum wipe interfaced surfaces of a transmission and a cover of differential and establish a cover of differential with a new lining and fix bolts.

5. Lower the car and fill in oil in a transmission through an aperture for installation сапуна. Unscrew сапун, located on the top part of the mechanism of a gear change (a photo at the left), and after oil pouring (a photo on the right) screw up it into place.
