FUEL МАГИСТАЛЬ AND ATOMIZERS
Removal and installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
|
| 1. Remove pressure in fuel system and disconnect a wire of weight from the accumulator. |
| 2. Disconnect electric sockets from the gauge of temperature of air arriving in the engine and a measuring instrument of a stream of air. |
| 3. Loosen the collars also remove ventilation hoses картера the engine from a back part of a cover of a head. |
| 4. Loosen the collars also disconnect the inlet channel from the case of the air filter and the case of throttles and take it from a motor compartment. |
|
|
5. Remove скобу and separate a cable of an accelerator from spherical шарнирного connections of a cam of a throttle. |
| 6. Disconnect an electric socket from the step-by-step engine of management of idling turns, unscrew bolts and remove an arm of a cable of an accelerator from the case of throttles. |
|
7. Loosen the скобы fastenings (are specified by arrows) and uncover the top part of fuel atomizers. |
| 8. Unscrew connecting nuts and disconnect fuel hoses from a fuel highway. |
| 9. Unscrew three bolts, remove a fuel highway together with atomizers from a collector. Remove the bottom sealing rings from fuel atomizers. |
| 10. Release скобу fastenings and remove a fuel atomizer from a fuel highway. Remove the top sealing ring from a fuel atomizer. |
| 11. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus on fuel atomizers it is necessary to establish new sealing rings. |

PRESSURE REGULATOR
Removal and installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
|
| 1. Remove pressure in fuel system and remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. |
| 2. For access improvement to a pressure regulator ослабьте a collar also remove a ventilation hose картера the engine from a back part of a cover of a head. |
|
|
3. Disconnect a vacuum hose (1) from a regulator. Loosen the a clip of fastening (2) also remove a regulator from the top part of a fuel highway. |
| 4. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus it is necessary to use new sealing rings. |
|
THE ENGINE OF MANAGEMENT OF IDLING TURNS
Removal and installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
|
| 1. Disconnect electric sockets from the gauge of temperature of arriving air and a measuring instrument of a stream of air. Loosen the a collar also disconnect a ventilation hose картера from a back part of a cover of a head. Loosen the collars also remove the inlet channel of air from the engine. |
|
|
|
| 2. Disconnect an electric socket (a photo at the left), unscrew screws (are specified by arrows in a photo on the right) and remove the engine of management of turns of idling from a lateral face of the case of throttles. |
| 3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. |
|
THROTTLE POTENTIOMETER
Removal and installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
|
| 1. Switch off ignition and disconnect an electric socket from a potentiometer of a throttle which is located on a back part of the case of throttles. |
| 2. Unscrew screws and remove a potentiometer from the case of throttles. |
| 3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus the potentiometer is necessary for establishing so that it was precisely combined with an axis throttle заслонки. |

THE GAUGE OF TEMPERATURE OF THE COOLING LIQUID
The gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid is screwed up in a casing on the left forward end of a head of the block of cylinders.
THE GAUGE OF TEMPERATURE OF AIR ARRIVING IN THE ENGINE
Removal and installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Switch off ignition and disconnect an electric socket from the gauge |
| 2. Loosen the collars also disconnect the inlet air channel from a measuring instrument of a stream of air and a casing of the air filter and take it from a motor compartment. |
| 3. Remove the gauge. |
| 4. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. |
|
MEASURING INSTRUMENT OF THE STREAM OF AIR
Removal and installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
|
|
|
1. Switch off ignition and disconnect an electric socket from a measuring instrument of a stream of air. |
| 2. Loosen the collars, disconnect inlet channels and remove a measuring instrument of a stream of air. |
| 3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. |
|
THE GAUGE OF THE CRANKED SHAFT
The gauge is established on a forward part of the block of cylinders and is accessible from below.
Removal and installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
|
| 1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. |
| 2. Remove a forward support of the power unit. |
| 3. Release electroconducting of the gauge from скоб fastenings and disconnect an electric socket. |
| 4. Unscrew a bolt and remove the gauge. |
| 5. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus it is necessary to establish a new sealing ring on the gauge. |

THE CAMSHAFT GAUGE
Removal and installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
|
| 1. Unscrew screws and remove a casing candles ignitions from the top part of a cover of a head. |
| 2. Switch off ignition and disconnect an electric socket from the camshaft gauge. |
| 3. Remove a forward casing of a gear belt. |
| 4. Unscrew a bolt and remove the gauge of a camshaft from the top part of a head. |
| 5. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. |
|
THE DETONATION GAUGE
The detonation gauge is established on a back part of the block of cylinders and is accessible from below.
Removal and installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
|
| 1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. |
| 2. Disconnect electroconducting of the gauge from скоб fastenings. |
| 3. Release скобы fastenings and lift a cover with electric wires over a back part of a head of the block of cylinders for access to an electric socket of the gauge. Disconnect an electric socket. |
| 4. Unscrew a bolt and remove the gauge. |
| 5. Check up that interfaced surfaces of the gauge and the block of cylinders pure and dry. Establish the gauge and fix its bolt. The further installation is made in sequence, return to removal. |
|
THE ELECTRONIC CONTROL DEVICE
Block ECU is located under a water reflector before a windscreen.
Removal and installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
|
| 1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. Remove screen wiper levers. |
| 2. Remove the top consolidation from a partition of a motor compartment and remove a water reflector. |
| 3. Unscrew nuts and remove a protective casing of block ECU. |
| 4. Disconnect electric sockets, unscrew nuts and remove block ECU. |
| 5. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. |
|
THE RELAY OF THE FUEL PUMP
The relay of the fuel pump is located in a motor compartment in the relay block.

| PERFORMANCE ORDER

| 1. Uncover the block of the relay and remove the relay of the fuel pump which is painted in violet colour. |
| 2. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. |
