FUEL HIGHWAY AND ATOMIZERS

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove pressure in fuel system. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator.
2. Remove the top section of an inlet collector.
3. Disconnect electric sockets from four fuel atomizers and remove a plait of wires from a fuel highway.
4. Unscrew connecting nuts and disconnect fuel hoses from a fuel highway.
5. Unscrew three bolts and remove a fuel highway together with atomizers from an inlet collector. Remove the bottom sealing rings from fuel atomizers.
6. Release скобы fastenings and take fuel atomizers from a fuel highway. Remove the top sealing rings from fuel atomizers.
7. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus on fuel atomizers it is necessary to establish new sealing rings.

PRESSURE REGULATOR

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove pressure in fuel system and remove a wire of weight from the accumulator.
2. For access improvement to a fuel highway remove an arm of a plait of wires from an inlet collector. On engines DOCH of 1,6 l the pressure regulator settles down on the left forward end of a fuel highway.
3. Keeping a regulator a wrench, unscrew a connecting nut of a hose of giving of fuel. Disconnect a hose of giving of fuel and a vacuum hose from a regulator.
4. Unscrew bolts and remove an arm of electric wires from a fuel highway.
5. Remove a regulator from an end face of a fuel highway together with a sealing ring.
6. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus it is necessary to use a new sealing ring.

THE ENGINE OF MANAGEMENT OF IDLING TURNS

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. For access to the engine of management of idling turns remove the case of throttles.
2. Unscrew screws (are specified by arrows) and remove the engine of management of idling turns together with sealing rings.
3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Before engine installation check up, that the end face плунжера left the case of the engine no more than on 33 mm.

THROTTLE POTENTIOMETER

Removal and installation


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the case of throttles.
2. Unscrew screws (are specified by arrows) and remove a potentiometer from a throttle.
3. At potentiometer installation, check up, that it was correctly combined with an axis of throttles.

THE GAUGE OF TEMPERATURE OF THE COOLING LIQUID

The gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid is screwed in in a thermostat casing.

THE GAUGE OF TEMPERATURE OF AIR ARRIVING IN THE ENGINE

The temperature gauge is established in the inlet channel which connects a casing of the air filter to an inlet collector.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Switch off ignition and disconnect an electric socket from the gauge.
2. Take the gauge and remove a sealing ring from the inlet channel.
3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

THE GAUGE OF ABSOLUTE PRESSURE IN THE INLET COLLECTOR

The gauge of absolute pressure in an inlet collector is established on a partition of a motor compartment on the left side from an inlet collector.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Switch off ignition and remove an electric socket and a vacuum hose from the gauge. Remove the gauge.
2. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

THE GAUGE OF THE CRANKED SHAFT

The gauge is established on a back part of the block of cylinders and is accessible from below the car.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports.
2. Take electric conducting of the gauge from скоб fastenings and disconnect an electric socket of the gauge.
3. Unscrew a bolt and remove the gauge.
4. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
5. Using an edge probeа, check up, that the backlash between an end face of the gauge and teeths of a pulley of a cranked shaft made 1±0,7 mm.

THE CAMSHAFT GAUGE

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the top casing of a gear belt.
2. Release electroconducting of the gauge from скоб fastenings and disconnect an electric socket.
3. Unscrew bolts and remove the gauge from a head of the block of cylinders.
4. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

THE DETONATION GAUGE

The detonation gauge is established on a back part of the block of cylinders and is accessible from below the car.

Removal and installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports.
2. Disconnect the electric socket of the gauge located on wires of the gauge.
3. Unscrew a bolt and remove the gauge from the engine.
4. Check up, interfaced surfaces of the gauge and the block of cylinders pure and dry, establish the gauge, fix a bolt and connect an electric socket.

THE ELECTRONIC CONTROL DEVICE

Block ECU is located under a water reflector before a windscreen.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. Remove screen wiper levers.
2. Remove the top consolidation from a partition of a motor compartment and remove a water reflector.
3. Unscrew nuts and remove a protective casing of block ECU.
4. Disconnect electric sockets, unscrew nuts and remove block ECU.
5. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

THE RELAY OF THE FUEL PUMP

The relay of the fuel pump is located in a motor compartment in the relay block.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Uncover the block of the relay and remove the relay of the fuel pump which is painted in violet colour.
2. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
