5.1.15. Elements of one-dot system of injection of fuel

FUEL ATOMIZER

Fuel atomizer, it is central established in the case of throttles is the electromagnetic valve which submits a certain dose of fuel for a corresponding mode of loading of the engine. This dose of fuel in the form of small sprayed particles goes directly to an inlet collector. Thus the atomizer is under constant pressure of fuel which is provided with the fuel pump and is supported by a pressure regulator.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove pressure in fuel system and remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. 2. Loosen the a collar also remove a pipe of an air inlet from a casing of the case of a throttle. Disconnect hoses, unscrew screws and remove the top casing of the case of a throttle. 3. Release clamps and disconnect an electric socket from a fuel atomizer. 4. Unscrew the screw of fastening of the plate keeping a fuel atomizer. 5. Remove a plate of fastening of a fuel atomizer. 6. Take a fuel atomizer from the case of throttles together with sealing rings (are specified by arrows). 7. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus on a fuel atomizer it is necessary to establish new sealing rings.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove pressure in fuel system and remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. 2. Loosen the a collar also disconnect a pipe of an air inlet from the top casing of throttles. Disconnect hoses, unscrew screws and remove the top casing of the case of throttles. 3. Using a marker, put combination labels on a cover of a regulator and the case of throttles. Then unscrew screws (are specified by arrows) and uncover a pressure regulator. 4. Uncover (4), then take a nest of a spring (3), a spring (2) and a diaphragm (1). Check up a condition of a diaphragm and, if necessary, replace. 5. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

THE ENGINE OF MANAGEMENT OF IDLING TURNS

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. 2. For access improvement to the engine ослабьте a collar also disconnect a pipe of an air inlet from the top casing of a throttle. Disconnect hoses, unscrew screws and remove the top casing of the case of throttles. 3. Loosen the clamps also disconnect electric sockets from the step-by-step engine operating turns of idling which is established in a forward part of the case of throttles. 4. Unscrew screws and remove the engine of management of idling turns (it is specified by an arrow). 5. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus it is necessary to establish a new sealing ring. Also check up that the end face плунжера does not leave more than on 28 mm from the engine. If it is necessary, moving плунжер, establish correct it выступание.

THROTTLE POTENTIOMETER

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. Loosen the clamps also remove an electric socket from a potentiometer of a throttle which is established on the left side of the case of throttles. 2. Unscrew screws and remove a potentiometer. 3. Before installation put on a carving of bolts the means interfering their unscrewing, establish a potentiometer and fix bolts, having tightened their demanded moment.

THE GAUGE OF TEMPERATURE OF THE COOLING LIQUID

The gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid is established in a back part of an inlet collector.

THE GAUGE OF ABSOLUTE PRESSURE IN THE INLET COLLECTOR

The gauge of absolute pressure in an inlet collector is established on a partition of a motor compartment to the left of the case of throttles.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Switch off ignition, disconnect an electric socket and a vacuum hose from the gauge. Unscrew and remove the gauge.

THE GAUGE OF THE CRANKED SHAFT

The gauge is established on a back part of the block of cylinders and is accessible from below the car.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. 2. Take electric conducting of the gauge from скоб fastenings and disconnect an electric socket of the gauge. 3. Unscrew a bolt (it is specified by an arrow) and remove the gauge. 4. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. 5. Using an edge probeа, check up, that the backlash between an end face of the gauge and teeths of a pulley of a cranked shaft made 1±0,7 mm.

THE DETONATION GAUGE

The detonation gauge is established on a back part of the block of cylinders and is accessible from below the car.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The detonation gauge is established on a back part of the block of cylinders and is accessible from below the car. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. 2. Disconnect the electric socket of the gauge located on wires of the gauge. 3. Unscrew a bolt and remove the gauge from the engine. 4. Check up, interfaced surfaces of the gauge and the block of cylinders pure and dry, establish the gauge, fix a bolt and connect an electric socket.

THE ELECTRONIC CONTROL DEVICE (ECU)

Block ECU is located under a water reflector before a windscreen.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. Remove screen wiper levers. 2. Remove the top consolidation from a partition of a motor compartment and remove a water reflector. 3. Unscrew nuts and remove a protective casing of block ECU. 4. Disconnect electric sockets, unscrew nuts and remove block ECU. 5. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

THE RELAY OF THE FUEL PUMP

The relay of the fuel pump is located in a motor compartment in the relay block.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Uncover the block of the relay and remove the relay of the fuel pump which is painted in violet colour. 2. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
