Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the panel of devices.
2. Remove forward doors.
3. Unscrew bolts, fastening the external ends of a beam of management to forward racks. Then remove two top directing and unscrew bolts with the left carving from the beam ends.
4. Remove the bottom distributor of air.
5. On models with air central air remove a cooler. The expert with use of the special equipment should remove a cooler.
6. On models with an air conditioning in a motor compartment disconnect hoses from the evaporator and remove drainage consolidation.
7. Working in a motor compartment, press the hoses submitting cooling liquid to a radiator of a heater.
8. Disconnect hoses from the union of a radiator of a heater, pressing a branch pipe and moving a blocking ring.
9. Unscrew three bolts, fastening a heater casing to a partition of a motor compartment. Bolts are accessible from a motor compartment.
10. Remove a casing of the filter of pollen. For this purpose it is necessary to remove the engine of a screen wiper and to disconnect vacuum hoses from a casing. On models with diesel engines of 2,0 l also it is necessary to remove the gauge of temperature of external air.
11. On models with electronic control of temperature of air disconnect a socket of a plait of wires for a food of engines of the servomotor and the fan.
12. Take a casing of a heater from car salon.

Installation

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
