Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
|
| 1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. |
| 2. Merge cooling liquid from cooling system. |
| 3. Remove a gear belt and a back casing of a gear belt. |
| 4. Unscrew three bolts of fastening and remove the water pump. Remove a sealing ring from the water pump. |
|
Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
|
| 1. Check up that interfaced surfaces of the water pump and the block of cylinders pure and dry. Apply a thin film hermetic on an interfaced surface of the block of cylinders. |
|
|
2. Establish a new sealing ring on the water pump and establish the pump in the block of cylinders. On engines SOCH check up that ledges on the pump and the block of cylinders are combined. On engines DOCH combine edge of a ledge of the pump with a label on the block of cylinders (it is specified by an arrow). |
| 3. Establish bolts of fastening of the water pump and tighten their demanded moment. |
| 4. Establish a back casing of a gear belt and a gear belt. |
| 5. Fill in cooling liquid in cooling system. |
| 6. Connect the accumulator. |
|
PETROL ENGINES DOCH OF 1,8 AND 2,0 L
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
|
| 1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. |
| 2. Merge cooling liquid from cooling system. |
| 3. Remove a gear belt and the tension mechanism. |
| 4. Unscrew three bolts of fastening and remove the pump. Remove a sealing ring from the pump. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER

| 1. Check up that interfaced surfaces of the pump and the block of cylinders pure and dry and apply a thin film lubricant on the basis of silicone on an interfaced surface of the block of cylinders. |
| 2. Establish a new sealing ring on the pump and establish the pump in the block of cylinders. Check up that ledges on the pump and the block of cylinders are combined. |
| 3. Establish bolts of fastening of the pump and tighten their demanded moment. |
| 4. Establish a back casing of a gear belt and a gear belt. |
| 5. Connect the accumulator. |
| 6. Fill in cooling liquid in cooling system. |

Removal

| 1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. |

| 5. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the pump and remove the pump from the block of cylinders. Remove a lining. |

Installation

| 1. Check up that interfaced surfaces of the pump and the block of cylinders pure and dry. |
| 2. Establish the pump on the block of cylinders together with a new lining and fix bolts. |
| 3. Establish a pulley of the water pump. |
| 4. Establish and adjust a tension auxiliary drive a belt. |
| 5. Connect the accumulator. |
| 6. Fill in cooling liquid in cooling system. |
|
THE DIESEL ENGINE OF 2,0 L
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
|
| 1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. |
| 2. Merge cooling liquid from cooling system. |
| 3. Remove auxiliary приводной a belt. |
| 4. Remove a casing of the air filter. |
| 5. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. |
| 6. Remove the bottom mudguard of the engine. |
| 7. Unscrew a nut from the top part of the right suspension bracket of the power unit. |
| 8. Using a jack, raise the engine to release a place for removal of the water pump. |
| 9. Fix a pulley of the water pump from проворачивания and unscrew bolts of fastening of a pulley. Remove a pulley from the pump. |

10. Unscrew three bolts of fastening of the water pump. |
|
|
11. Remove the water pump from the block of cylinders of the engine. |
| |
12. Remove a sealing ring from the pump. |

Installation

| 1. Check up that interfaced surfaces of the pump and the block of cylinders pure and dry, and apply a thin film lubricant on the basis of silicone to an interfaced surface of the block of cylinders. |
| 2. Establish a new sealing ring on the water pump. |
| 3. Establish the pump in the block of cylinders and fix bolts. |
| 4. Establish a pulley of the water pump. |
| 5. Lower the engine and screw up a nut of fastening of the right suspension bracket of the power unit. |
| 6. Establish a mudguard and lower the car. |
| 7. Establish a casing of the air filter. |
| 8. Establish and adjust a tension auxiliary drive a belt. |
| 9. Connect the accumulator. |
| 10. Fill in cooling liquid in cooling system. |
