Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Top натяжитель
1. Remove a casing of the air filter.
2. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of the right support of the engine from a head of the block of cylinders.
3. Unscrew a head of the mechanism of a tension from a back part of a head of the block of cylinders and take плунжер.
The prevention

Do not turn a cranked shaft of the engine at removal of the mechanism of a tension.

4. Examine плунжер the tension mechanism on presence of deterioration or damages and if necessary replace it.
Bottom натяжитель chains
5. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports.
6. Unscrew a head of the mechanism of a tension of the bottom chain and take плунжер.
The prevention

Do not turn a cranked shaft of the engine at removal of the mechanism of a tension.

7. Examine плунжер the tension mechanism on presence of deterioration and damages and if necessary replace it.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Top натяжитель
1. Grease плунжер the tension mechanism with pure engine oil and insert it into a head of the block of cylinders.
2. Establish a new sealing ring to a head of the mechanism of a tension and screw up a head, having tightened the demanded moment.
3. Press a head плунжера the mechanism of a tension before click for correct adjustment of the mechanism of a tension.
4. Establish the right suspension bracket of the power unit.
5. Establish a casing of the air filter.
Bottom натяжитель chains
6. Grease плунжер the tension mechanism with pure engine oil and insert it into place
7. Establish a head of the bottom mechanism of a tension with a new sealing ring and tighten its demanded moment. If the new mechanism of a tension is established, press a pin in the central part of a head before click therefore the pin should be pressed and come back to a place easily.
