3.1.14. The oil pallet

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a wire of weight with аккумулятора.агажном branch. Unscrew the holder of a spare wheel.
2. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports.
3. Merge engine oil. Establish a new washer on a drain stopper and screw up it into place.
4. Remove a forward exhaust pipe.
5. Disconnect an electric socket from the gauge of level of oil on the oil pallet.
Models without an air conditioning (the steel stamped oil pallet)
6. Unscrew bolts and remove the bottom protective plate of a flywheel.
7. Gradually unscrew bolts of fastening of the oil pallet. Remove the pallet from the engine and take it from under the car. Remove a lining of the oil pallet.
8. Remove and clear the mesh filter маслоприемника.
Models with an air conditioning (the cast oil pallet)
9. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a ledge of the oil pallet to картеру transmissions.
10. Remove the rubber stoppers closing access to bolts of fastening of the oil pallet, unscrew bolts and remove the oil pallet.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Models with the steel stamped pallet
1. Remove all traces of a dirt and oil from interfaced surfaces of the oil pallet and the block of cylinders.
2. If it is necessary, establish a new sealing ring of round section in the top part of a pipe маслоприемника and establish маслоприемник. Before installation of bolts of fastening маслоприемника put on a carving of bolts the means interfering their unscrewing.
3. Establish a new lining on the oil pallet and establish the oil pallet to the block of cylinders and fix bolts. A tightening of bolts of fastening of the pallet make from the centre in diagonal sequence.
4. Establish a protective plate of a flywheel to картеру transmissions and fix bolts.
5. Establish a forward exhaust pipe and connect an electric socket to the gauge of level of oil in the oil pallet.
6. Lower the car and fill in in the engine fresh oil.
Models with the cast oil pallet
7. Remove all traces of a dirt and oil from interfaced surfaces of the oil pallet and the block of cylinders.
8. Apply a thin film hermetic on interfaced surfaces of the block of cylinders and a back radical cover of the bearing.
9. Establish a new lining on the oil pallet, and on a carving of bolts of fastening of the oil pallet put means against their unscrewing.
10. Establish the oil pallet and fix bolts. A tightening of bolts make from the centre in diagonal sequence.
11. Screw in bolts of fastening of a ledge of the oil pallet to картеру transmissions.
12. Establish a forward exhaust pipe and connect an electric socket to the gauge of level of oil.
13. Lower the car and fill in in the engine fresh oil.
